This session focuses on longer efforts to help you run longer. These sessions generally are less intense and rank higher on the social and fun factor. They are designed to get the most out of runners by grouping runners of similar ability.

Continuing on with our 5 week training plan leading up to the SBR 10K challenge, this week we will run 4, 6, or 8km at tempo pace. Think of a pace 15-30secs a km slower than your 10KM race pace.
