This session is an out and back session involving three of Brisbane’s iconic bridges.
Out = Moderate Pace / Back = Threshold Pace
Set 1: Kurilpa Bridge out to Kangaroo Point Bridge and back.
Set 2: Kurilpa Bridge out to Goodwill Bridge and back.
Set 3: Kurilpa Bridge out to Neville Bonner Bridge and back.
Total kms approx 12km.
